Simple Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority and if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, simply follow these few steps below for a return or exchange.

 

Contact us at info(at)tinytotcompany.com  and advise us what you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) as well as shipping address. Mark the RMA# on the outside of the parcel. 

 

All returns must be received by The Tiny Tot Company within 10 days of issuing the return authorization number.

 

Shipping costs incurred to return any merchandise to The Tiny Tot Company, are the customers responsibility.

 

Any unused and unwashed merchandise can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

 

Any unused and unwashed merchandise can be exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges apply to exchanges.  

 

Please return any item(s) in their original packaging with tags and a copy of your invoice. This will enable us to process your return. Returns received without a copy of the invoice cannot be processed.

 

Refunds will be processed as soon as the merchandise is received at The Tiny Tot office and credited back to the original method payment. Depending on your credit card, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.

 

Items lost or damaged when returned to The Tiny Tot Company are the responsibility of the customer. Use a carrier that can provide a tracking number.

 

Even though we're careful to inspect all merchandise before anything is shipped and take great care in packaging all parcels, if an item is received defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace the item with no shipping charges.

 

We don't charge any restocking fees.

 

All sale items and items no longer available at The Tiny Tot Company cannot be returned.

  

You may cancel any item from your order provided we haven't packaged it for shipping. Please email us promptly at info@tinytotcompany.com with any order cancellations.

 

If your order has already been shipped, but you wish to cancel it, you may return the item(s) to us once you've received them, however, shipping charges will apply.
